  1. SOBA MISO SOUP 

    with Napa Cabbage, Carrots, Broccoli, Buckwheat Soba, Chickpea Miso

    (Serving size: 1-16oz container of soup & 1 bundle of buckwheat noodles)

    Our seriously umami miso broth starts by simmering ginger, kombu, mushroom powder, garlic & onion. Adding in broccoli, carrots & napa cabbage, cooking until tender, finished with cilantro, chickpea miso, lemon juice & black sesame seeds. On the side you’ll find King Soba organic 100% buckwheat soba noodles, packed with protein, fiber & magnesium. Since they don’t hold up as well reheated,  we’re giving you a bundle of noodles to cook fresh yourself.  

    GREEN GODDESS BOWL

    with Tuscan White Beans, Roasted Kabocha Squash, Asparagus & Green Goddess Dressing

    (Serving size: 1 entree size salad with 3oz of dressing)

    A salad fit for a goddess! You’ll find grilled & chilled asparagus, slow cooked Tuscan style cannellini beans & roasted local kabocha squash. Served under a big bed of organically grown mixed baby greens with a side of our Green Goddess Dressing made of tahini, sunflower seeds & fresh herbs like parsley & dill. We build these salads upside down for you to ensure maximum freshness of those delicate greens.

    SPRING ABUNDANCE BOWL

    with Lemon Parsley Quinoa, Peas, Carrots, Pickled Radish, Arugula & Yogurt Sauce

    Abundance Bowls are an opportunity to celebrate the abundance Mother Earth provides us. Inspired by each season we create a bowl highlighting what’s in abundance this time of year. For our Spring Bowl we bring together Lemon Parsley Quinoa tossed with toasted almonds, Nana’s Italian style peas & roasted carrots. Served with a side of our house pickled local radish, arugula & our homemade coconut yogurt sauce with mint & dill.

What’s in each pre-fixe meal pack?

Each meal delivery pack contains 6 large meals, 2 servings of each of the 3 items offered with each menu. We offer a unique pre-set menu style rather than al la carte. Many of our customers tell us it ends up being more than 6 meals for them, which we love!

How do you prepare the food?

All of the food ismade in a commercial kitchen, fresh & 100% from scratch on the day of delivery. Right down to every sauce & marinade. Our dried beans & lentils are soaked overnight to help with digestibility. We put in all of the extra hard work so you can have time for other things in life!

Do you sell out?

Yes, we do. We offer this service to a small group each week. Since the space is limited we will have to close the availability once our limit is reached.
