 SPLIT PEA SOUP

with Irish Soda Bread Muffins

(Serving size: 1-16oz container of soup & 1 Irish Soda Bread Muffin)

A warm cup of Split Pea Soup & a slice of Irish soda bread truly feels like a loving hug from our “wee Granny”.  Ours is chock full of savory garlic & onions with sweet carrots & creamy potatoes. We’re serving the soup alongside an Irish Soda Bread muffin. This recipe was passed down from Our Irish grandmother (with a couple plant-based swaps) & it brings us so much joy to share it with you. 

IRISH PUB SALAD 

with Cashel Blue Cheese, Mung Bean Egg, Pickled Beets, Creamy Tarragon Dressing 

(Serving size: 1 entree size salad with 3oz of dressing)

When you think of typical Irish foods salads are surely not the first thing that comes to mind, but if you’ve ever been to a pub on the Emerald Isle you’ve seen that they always offer a hearty salad. Of course each pub is unique, but we’ve put together a salad that highlights the must haves in a typical Irish Pub Salad. You’ll find crumbles of our house cultured cashew based Irish Cashel blue cheese, chunks of our mung bean egg, pickled beets, cucumbers & tomatoes with a generous portion of creamy tarragon dressing to pour all over. All packed under a bed of organic salad greens, to preserve the freshness of those delicate greens. 

SHEPHERD’S PIE 

with Lentil & Mushrooms, Potato Mashed, Cabbage & Carrots 

(Serving size: 1 serving of Shepherd's Pie & 1 serving of Cabbage & Carrots)

Shepherd's Pie is comfort food at its best! The base of our pie is lentils, mushroom & sweet peas cooked in a rich gravy of onions, garlic, celery & thyme. Topped with our extra nutritious potato “mashed”. Served with a side of Irish style cabbage & carrots on the side.
